‘Sent by mistake..,’ man who sent death threat and Rs 5 crore extortion to Salman Khan apologises

GUWAHATI, Oct 22: A week after Bollywood actor Salman Khan received a fresh death in which the sender demanded Rs 5 crore to settle the long-standing feud with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Mumbai Police now have received an apology, apparently from the same sender, stating that the earlier message was “sent by mistake.”
Mumbai Traffic Police received another message from the same WhatsApp number that had sent the previous death threat to the Bollywood superstar, ANI reported, quoting Mumbai police.
Police have reportedly traced the location of the person who had sent the message to Jharkhand.
Further investigation is currently underway.
