ADRE results in Feb 2025; successful candidates to get appointment letters on May 10: Assam CM
GUWAHATI, Oct 27: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today (Oct 27) announced that the results of the Assam Direct Recruitment Examination (ADRE) will be declared by February next year and that thirty-five thousand successful candidates will get their appointment letters on May 10.
Chief Minister Sarma made the announcement at a press briefing held after a state cabinet meeting at the Lok Sewa Bhawan today.
“Today is the last phase of the ADRE examinations and the tests will hopefully pass off smoothly. We are targeting to declare the results by February next year. Thirty-five thousand successful candidates will be handed over appointment letters on May 10,” Sarma said.
Incidentally, the Himanta Biswa Sarma-led State government will celebrate its fourth anniversary of taking over charge on that day and the government plans to hand over the appointment letters on that day to mark a perfect celebration.
Chief Minister Sarma further announced that once this recruitment process gets over, another 15,000 vacancies in the State Government would be filled up.
